Objida presents collectible and functional design objects. Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, images, prices, availability, and production information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible and may be updated without prior notice.

Due to the nature of design and manufacturing processes, minor variations in dimensions, materials, finishes, color, texture, or other details may occur. Unless otherwise specified, such variations are considered part of the character of the object and are not necessarily considered defects.

Prices are shown in the applicable currency. Taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, import charges, or other additional costs may apply depending on the destination and order.

Objida currently operates through an inquiry-based purchasing process. Selecting “Inquire” or contacting Objida does not by itself constitute a completed purchase or create an obligation to sell. Final product availability, pricing, specifications, payment terms, and delivery conditions are confirmed directly with the client before an order is accepted.

For made-to-order or limited-production objects, production times are estimates and may vary according to materials, manufacturing processes, production capacity, and other circumstances.

Objida reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including product unavailability, pricing or website errors, inability to fulfill an order, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All images, texts, drawings, graphics, product designs, and other content published on this website are the property of Objida or are used with authorization. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Objida may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version published on this website at the time of use will apply, subject to applicable law.

Objida ships from Mexico. Shipping availability, methods, costs, and estimated delivery times vary according to the destination, dimensions and weight of the object, and the requirements of each order.

Shipping conditions and estimated costs are communicated to the client before an order is confirmed. For made-to-order objects, production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from production requirements, transportation, weather, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside Objida's reasonable control.

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional costs or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the client.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Upon delivery, clients are encouraged to inspect the packaging and object for visible damage. If damage is apparent, please document it with photographs and contact Objida as soon as possible with a description of the issue and the relevant order information.

Shipping-related claims will be reviewed individually and, where applicable, coordinated with the carrier or other parties involved in the shipment.

Objida produces limited, collectible, and in some cases made-to-order design objects. Because of the nature of these objects and their production, returns are not automatically accepted for every purchase.

Cancellation or return requests are evaluated according to the nature of the order, its production status, and the terms agreed with the client before purchase.

If an object arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, please contact Objida as soon as possible and provide photographs and a description of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Objida may offer a repair, replacement, partial or full refund, or another appropriate solution agreed with the client.

When a return is authorized, Objida will provide the necessary return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by applicable law.
